A bit of a personal post for today…

My beautiful Nan, Alma, finally passed away on the evening of Christmas Day. She was peaceful, free of pain, and surrounded by love ❤️

Nan was an inspiration – the strongest woman I have ever met – and her courage and determination were unwavering until the end.
After being told she wouldn’t make it through the night 3 months ago, we were blessed to have had all of this extra time with her, including being able to celebrate her 96th birthday! And it turns out she was actually holding out for Christmas ✨️

Just sharing this news as so many of you, my wonderful clients, have been so kind in asking about Nan. Thank you for your love, well wishes, thoughts and prayers for Nan these last few months.

I hope you and yours are having a peaceful festive season. I look forward to welcoming you back to my Treatment Room in 2026.
