Zone Face Lift was devised by the award winning Ziggie Bergman – therapist to the stars, and I am honoured to have trained in both Zone Face Lift and Facial Reflexology with Ziggie herself!
Zone Face Lift is a totally unique facial treatment combining Facial Reflexology with Bergman’s Advanced Zone Face Lift Massage – a range of specialised Native American healing techniques, including pressure-point massage to the face, head, and neck. The treatment is luxurious and indulgent, utilising luxury organic products, hot towels and gua sha, along with traditional Native American and Shamanic tools, herbs and crystals.

What happens at a Zone Face Lift treatment?
Your first session will include a consultation to establish your past and present health, diet and lifestyle. This consultation is an essential part of your treatment as it allows me to find out about any health problems you may have and design a treatment plan tailor-made to address your specific needs. The consultation will take around 15-30 minutes. There is no charge for consultation.
A standard Zone Face Lift treatment lasts around 1 hour and 10 minutes. It is carried out with the client reclined on a special therapy couch. As the treatment includes a gentle massage to the neck and shoulders, you will be asked to remove your top, and women will need to lower any bra straps. You will be offered a towelling robe to wear if preferred. I will also provide a cosy blanket so that you are warm and comfortable for your session.
The Zone Face Lift treatment is an elaborate ritual, including:
- Deep breathing exercises to calm the body, mind and spirit
- Relaxing massage to the neck, shoulders, head and scalp, incorporating a range of restorative Swedish Massage and Indian Head Massage techniques
- Hot towels
- Facial Reflexology
- Advanced Zone Face Lift massage – a pressure-based massage sequence using a series of different techniques to lift, sculpt and tone. The Zone Face Lift massage includes the use of various facial tools such as gua sha, facial rollers, facial cups (soft silicone cups) and crystals.
- If desired, a full holistic facial can be added to your Zone Face Lift treatment, using award-winning Neal’s Yard organic products.
I use a range of high quality, luxury oils and creams during the session. Please contact me if you would like to discuss the products used – please note that I can adapt the products to accommodate any allergies/preferences or contraindications.
Who can benefit from Zone Face Lift?
Almost everyone can benefit in some way Zone Face Lift. Aside from the relaxation, stress relief, improved energy levels and general sense of wellbeing brought about by the treatment, Zone Face Lift may also bring relief from a wide range of chronic and acute conditions.
Please note that Zone Face Lift is not suitable for children or anyone who has had botox or filler within the last 6 months. Please contact me if you are unsure if Zone Face Lift is right for you.
How will you feel after a treatment?
The effects of Zone Face Lift are unique to each person. Most people feel extremely relaxed after a session. Others feel energised and uplifted. Most clients claim a marked improvement in their presenting conditions, as well as their general health and wellbeing, including energy levels, quality of sleep and stress levels, with continued improvement after subsequent sessions. The aesthetic and rejuvenating effects of the Zone Face Lift treatment are often what clients comment on most after a session – the “glow” the treatment brings, both inside and out.
