How to Enter

• You can enter via text or email.  Either text 07813 117270 or email optimumhealthandwellbeing@yahoo.co.uk quoting the unique prize draw code JUNE14-37gq5 plus your full name and contact telephone number or email.
• Closing date for entries is 12 noon on 30th June 2014.
• The lucky winner will be notified by text or email within 48 hours of the draw.

• Prize draw open to new and existing customers
• Only one entry per person, per month
• The launch date of each monthly competition may vary so entrants are advised to regularly check this news page, Facebook or Twitter for details.  The draw will be made at 12 noon on the last day of every month. Only entries made within the draw timescale will be counted.
• One lucky winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the draw.
• Free treatment will vary
• Prize is not exchangeable or transferable and has no cash value.
• Treatment must be taken within 1 calendar month of win
