BOOKING INFORMATION:

  • Session Times: As each treatment is tailor-made to the client’s specific needs, timings are approximate.  For Reflexology, Reiki, and Facial Reflexology/Zone Face Lift sessions, please also allow an extra 15-30 minutes at your first appointment for us to conduct your initial consultation. There is no additional charge for the consultation as it forms an essential part of your treatment and allows me to tailor your treatment, as well as any advice I may give, to your exact requirements.
  • Payments: Payments must be made in full either in advance of or at your session. I accept payments in cash or credit/debit card. For new client appointments, a non-refundable £20 booking deposit will be taken to secure your slot. Treatment packages must be paid for in full in advance of or at the first appointment.
  • Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your session, I ask that you please give me as much notice as possible so that your slot may be offered to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Treatment Packages: Treatment Packages are perfect for regular clients and/or those wishing to have a series of sessions in a short timeframe, as they offer substantial savings on my standard prices. Please note that Treatment packages must be paid for in full in advance of or at the first appointment and all sessions must be taken within a 12 month period.
  • Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available in monetary denominations of £10+ or for any treatment or treatment package.  The perfect present!
